  • how do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • how do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

  • What are the lease terms available?

    We offer flexible lease terms anywhere from 12-36 months.

  • Is The Villas at Jax Beach Pet Friendly?

    Yes! The Villas at Jax Beach is pet-friendly. All pets must be registered and approved prior to move-in. There is a $25/month pet fee per pet plus a one-time $250 non-refundable fee

  • how close are you to the beach?

    We are located at 222 16th Avenue North, just two blocks from Jacksonville Beach. You can walk to the sand, the pier, and the Seawalk Pavilion in minutes.
